Today, August 3rd, 2011, I went to Campbell Track, and ran 2.75 miles. (It was really supposed to be 3 miles, though.)

I tested my fastest mile, and I did suprisingly well.

I got 6:43!!!

My fastest mile I ever got.

My next fastest was 7:03, so it was really an accomplishment, I really wanted to go under 7 minutes, and I did!!

Yeah for me!!
