YES! I beat me mile time!

But I didn't beat it so much like I expected.

My best mile before was 6:43.

On Wednesday, October 20th, 2011, at Campbell Track, the time I came in was 6:40.

3 seconds! Well, not that much, but I'll work at it!

Just gotta work harder and faster next time!

Still training!

 

The sad thing is...I signed up for a half-marathon (13.1 miles) :( for next year in September, 2012.

So now I have to train ( trained from my dad, of course! ). I shouldn't have said I would be able to come in before 2 hours for a half-marathon. I overthought it, I guess. This is proof that I say things I don't mean. I was acting as if I CAN do it, but I never really tried a half-marathon before.

Just the look at my dad's face after the half-marathon he did a month ago, Well, I'll need to train SUPER HARD! I'M NOT EVEN KIDDING!! Probably start at 6 miles, then escalate up. So after 6 miles, maybe 8 miles! Then 10...12...then, 13!! YEAH, IT'S NOT EASY!!!

Yes!! Football is back in town!!

Well, only the Preseason started yesterday, Thursday, August 11!!

My favorite team, Philadelphia Eagles, played yesterday, and they beat their opponent, Baltimore Ravens!!

The score was 13-6 Eagles!!

We won our first preseason game this year!

Can't wait until Regular Season starts!! It starts on September 8-12 because there are games playing on Thursday and Monday as well as Sunday.

We play the Pitsburgh Steelers next Thursday, on the 18th of August!

Our first game in the Regular Season, we play the St. Louis Rams on Sunday, September 11 at 10:00am Pacific Time (1:00 Eastern Time)

It's time for FOOTBALL!!!

Today, August 3rd, 2011, I went to Campbell Track, and ran 2.75 miles. (It was really supposed to be 3 miles, though.)

I tested my fastest mile, and I did suprisingly well.

I got 6:43!!!

My fastest mile I ever got.

My next fastest was 7:03, so it was really an accomplishment, I really wanted to go under 7 minutes, and I did!!

Yeah for me!!
